A: The sticker on the box says "Made in China".

**Q: Would this break a large office window?**
A: Office windows are plate glass. Not like safety glass in a car.  Plate glass with shatter into harmless pieces when taped so I’m sure it would break that glass.

**Q: Who has used this to cut seat belts, and how effective is it?**
A: My son experimented on his belt. It was sharp enough to cut off. I think it should work well in emergencies.
