Unsuitable for induction. Review: My husband was delighted with his meal - Despite vowing never to buy another chip pan I gave in. Although we don't eat chips very often the oven variety's taste awful. It arrived on Saturday so I took out the crinkle cutter which has been packed in the pantry for years, and I got cracking on making chips. My husband was delighted with his meal. As for the chip pan, the size is larger than my previous one but it was the right size. It cleaned up nicely after using - hand wash only. The extra handle was helpful to carry the pan. The only gripe I had was the sticky labels on the side and bottom. Manufacturer please note they are almost impossible to remove and I ended up using a scourer which you suggested not to! Definitely recommend.
