The one and only time I had a connection issue with one of them, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and even offered to replace for a new one. 100% recommend.

I have an Onvis motion sensor, and now I have acquired these Smart Contact Sensors as well. I like the fact that they connect directly to my Apple Home with ease. With a smart door lock and contact sensors on my doors, I can simply close the door behind me, and it automatically locks using automation. I can monitor whether my door is open or closed through either the Apple Home App or the Onvis Home App, which is pretty great. I can confidently say that I'm pleased with the products from Onvis, and I will most likely purchase more sensors in the future.
