But what really stood out was the customer support. I had a few questions regarding the installation process and some specific features of the system. The support team was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to walk me through everything I needed and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. One area for improvement, though, would be to make the customer care WhatsApp number more easily accessible. It was a bit tricky finding it, as it was only on the box or in the manual. It would be much more convenient if it were listed clearly on the product page or in the user guide.
