**Q: how long does the Auto update policy last in this Lenovo chromebook?**
A: As it turns out, every Chromebook as an expiration date on which Google stops supporting the device. As reported by The Register, Google will provide new hardware with 6.5 years of auto-update support.

**Q: I am having trouble believing this has a 64 gb ssd card. is this a sd card**
A: The answer from Lenovo is partially wrong. This laptop DOES NOT have any sort of SSD or SSD card, if by SSD you mean "solid state drive". Instead, it has 64 GB of eMMC storage soldered to the circuit board. eMMC functions similarly to an SSD, but its write performance is up to 50 TIMES slower, performing more like an $8 USB flash drive than a solid-state drive. That's why it's so inexpensive.

**Q: Is it touch screen**
A: No.  The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 11 Chromebook, model number 82BA0003US, does not have a touch screen.

**Q: Can i boot and install linux via a usb? i'm not talking about the built in chrome os support but am i able to install a full linux distro onto it.**
A: You can try installing Chrubuntu. I’ve had some success with that Linux version. It runs as a dual-boot without overwriting the ChromeOS; or you can try with a bootable USB.
