**Q: Can this unit be installed in the wall?**
A: Yes, (ours is mounted in the wall).

**Q: Does the 14,000 lg fuel inverter ac have a slide in chassis? If so can I just install it by just putting it in window the way it comes?**
A: Difficult, should take out of chassis and mount empty chassis, then slide unit into it.  Quite heavy needs support outside.

**Q: I have a 24" width window. Will the 12000 btu or the 10000 btu side with the side pieces installed?**
A: The AC is about 19 inches wide, so I'd give a cautious yes answer

**Q: Is there an app for an Apple iPhone? If not, is the remote sufficient?**
A: Yes. LG ThinQ app.

Best Air conditioner money can buy. I bought 3 air conditioners before I finally got this one. I Should have went with LG from the start. Tried the fancy windmill brand and it shook the whole house and sounded like a plane taking off. Then I tried Madia brand. Worse AC I eve ever used. Arrived in perfect condition! It is so quiet, you can hardly hear it. All functions are easily adjustable allowing you to be completely comfortable in this heat wave. I am so happy with my purchase! This LG line has the least complaints and the best reviews. ### ⭐ Lasted less than a year!

Works while it lasts. And it lasted less than a year. Its a really heavy unit to install built like a tank and very quiet. But the fan gave away after 11 months. After 2 days of trying, I was able to contact LG support for warranty. (They dont leave any paper trails or emails) At this point I just want to take my loss and move on. Just ordered a cheap $200 AC. LG TVs are good, but ACs are the worst I ever had.
