**Q: Will this also help to be cut and define I work with a trainer 3 days a week for 1hr, I'm 6'1 170pds and I eat pretty clean for a Ectomorph. I do not want bulky and mass.**
A: Hey Garrett, MuscleMeds Canivor Mass is a great product. For you it would be great Your training schedule and your height and weight Carnivor Mass is ideal.  Being bulky would be the last thing on your mind. Try taking this twice daily for 2 weeks. Morning and night before bed. Also, watch your diet and try to have at least 5 to 6 meals including the Carnivor.

**Q: how many cup are one scoop because my bottle dont have it?**
A: The bottle says 4 scoops per serving. I only use 2 scoops with 2% milk and it last me 30 days doing it that way which is plenty! If your didn't come with the scoop I would only use one large cup, that will equal 2 scoops. Even with 2 scoops and looking to build mass this is the stuff! There is nothing better than this product! Period. I have tried everything in the last 20 years on and off and just in the last 6 months only working out 3 days a week I got people telling me I look like I'm about to pop. Never before with any other product could I build up mass. Now I'm slowing down and working out with lighter weight. This is by far the best product if your looking to gain weight and build fast mass muscle! I hope this help you. I full cup if yours didn't come with the scoop is plenty. **Q: How does this compare to muscle tech's beef protein? more strength for workouts?, better results / gains?, better taste?**
A: I take this after every workout, It helps out with recovery and muscle gain. As for the taste ,it tastes much better then any protein powder I tried. Gains are up but I suggest a preworkout for strength.

**Q: how long after training should I drink a shake?  thanks**
A: I like to shortly after. Normally within 5-10 minutes. When my stomach feels ready and my HR is back to normal
