But to my utter delight, the seller has really gone above and beyond in sending a great replacement. I am happy to adjust my review to 5 stars now. Thank you seller! Flimsy product. Missing Items. Damaged Items. WORST - you can only get another poor quality replacement. NO REFUND even after you have told the customer service team that the item is of bad quality. BAD SERVICE BY THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM OF desertcart AS WELL. This is the first time I am experiencing such bad service. THEY SIMPLY CLOSE THE CHAT SAYING THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. Hope the seller will - at the very least - send me a good quality replacement without any missing parts and accessories and non-damaged items. I am VERY SORRY I PAID SO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS POOR QUALITY ITEM.
