...and can you supply instructions in how to re-tension the garage door springs?**
A: it comes with a nylon roller and does take many years to were if ever, to tension the cord you unclip the roller using screw drivers and all you do is wind the tension back on by turning the wheel towards you and just putting one screw driver in front of the other as the wheel turns around until you feel the tension on the screw driver ,once you have enough tension hold the scew driver firm and clip back in.
