I know these are pressed in so I was wondering could I just go to any local hardware store to replace it?** A: Not that I could find. I ended up knocking the screw out and then taking a screw and modifying it to work. So if the mount on your preferred weapon system is not, then it may be best to purchase a corresponding mount adaptor.
