They are a first class product - arrived incredibly quickly, are exactly as described and working beautifully on my huge and very heavy wooden gates. My electrician installed them and he didn't have any problems, but even if he had, the sellers was incredibly helpful and really knows his stuff. Would totally recommend them. Never fitted them before and the instructions looked a little daunting - but sitting and reading them it all made sense. David answered his phone and gave me full instructions on 5 occasions including Saturday afternoon - these take time to fit but with the support provided no problem at all.
