Most nights this means some time of Prilosec or some OTC heartburn medication. Most that cause some type of long term side effect or tums that give me kidney stones. I had this but refuse to change my diet. Back to this product, I used it tonight 1tbsp undiluted and within minutes, RELIEF! Like the same relief I got from the other but completely natural. Enough that I could sleep on my right side again. I will continue to purchase and use the product from now on! If you want natural relief this is it. Now I just have to figure out how I can take it on vacation with me, as you have to refrigerate after opening.

It really hasn't helped with my reflux problem but it has helped with my constant clearing my throat problem. The taste is not too bad, I'm not a big fan of cider vinegar but the other ingredients offset it enough that I can tolerate straight out of the bottle
