**Q: How often do you have to replace the filter?**
A: Suggested to change filter every 2 months or 150 liters/40 gallons.

**Q: Does it remove flouride?**
A: Code, the filter contains ion exchange resins but is not engineered specifically for fluoride removal. You would want to install an entire reverse osmosis system, or get an activated alumina filter for that. Thanks for your interest in our product!

**Q: The filter doesnt drain.. What should i do?**
A: There are two clear stickers on the bottom of the filter that need to be removed

**Q: Is there a filter indicator  window to remind filter change? I can't  see in t he picture.**
A: There is no indicator for this model.  Instead, it has an enclosed reminder when to change the filter.  The recommendation states change every 2 months.  I may go every 3 months though.
