I was impressed with the customer service and their quick action and feel they do deserve 5 stars because though initially disappointed they clearly care about their customers. So far I really like this. I like that you can adjust the shape to *almost* any shape and that it collapses for easy storage. It does not get as small as others I have seen but is sturdy and I like the customizable play area. Things I dont like. Multiple pieces were dirty when it arrived. I bought this new so it being dirty right out of the box is gross to me. The locking mechanisms get stuck and don't always engage on the panels. I did initially set it up incorrectly.
