My first Leitner DECT headset was lost - I walk around with it so much I think it was accidentally thrown out! This time, I upgraded to the LH570 I think these are great value. I use this with an ARM based Mac via USB-C. The range covers our whole property, no static, no connection issues. It's quite good to be able to walk the house and grounds while on conference calls or meetings. The battery life is excellence, get compliments on the voice quality, and it's quite comfortable. My only room for improvement would be a small light on the tip of the microphone to show mute status. Currently, you hold a volume button down for a second and you hear a few short beeps. I think the beeps reoccur every 5 minutes to remind of the mute. I'd love a quick visual to verify that the microphone is muted. Then could easily glance down to see if the red light is on for mute or not without unnecessary beeps in the ear.
