**Q: What does the 4D armrest mean?**
A: Hi 4d this means they go up and down side to side backwards and forwards plus they turn on an angle to match your arms when typing. Although the range sideways is not great the rest of the movement is fine.

**Q: What is the function of the adaptive backrest?**
A: When people lean on the chair's backrest, they can stretch their back up and down, or turn their body left and right in a small range. Those are good for your physical comfort.

**Q: How can I adjust the lumbar support? It can be moved upwards but I can’t figure out how to move it back down again.**
A: Please note that when adjusting the Lumbar Support, starting from the lowest setting, gently raise the support one ‘click’ at a time until you reach the desired position. If you raise the support to a position higher than is required, pull the support all the way to the top, which will then allow you to push it back down to a more comfortable position.

**Q: How do I get the chair to move up and down?**
A: How to adjust height: press the handle down with your thumb when adding or reducing weight.

Work around 9-10 hours a day in a chair and needed something well made and comfy for the long shifts. Would highly recommend this chair! Very sturdy and well built. So impressed with it. Very thick and well padded seat unlike so many other claiming to be good that feel like cardboard or that you are sitting on a bit of wood. This isnt it truly supports your from all points. Easy to adapt to your sitting style, highly recommend 👌 I dont nor ally review but this chair is worth every penny!
