Its good as a very light lunch with salad on the side or fruit afterwards or I will enjoy drinking one after coming in from a long walk when my hubby's having tea & a biscuit. Pricey, I'll admit and the only downside I can say is that it comes frozen and you have to keep it in your freezer till you're ready to use it so they do take up a fair amount of freezer space especially if you buy the 7 pack. These are pure, organic and just made with bones, organic vegetables and herbs with seasoning so a minor inconvenience is worth it to me.
