    Fast pizza and a lot of fun !!

Works really well.  Pile the coals/logs/bricketts etc underneath.  Wait a while and blitz through some amazing pizzas in next-to-no time.  Probably 2 mins max per pizza...if that.Temp measured at around 500C which was pretty much as hot as I think I need.  I can't do pizzas much quicker than that !!Haven't tried on gas BBQ yet but as long as the output is enough then the box will get to the temp you need.  I read a few people moaning that theirs didn't.  It's pretty simple really if your BBQ isn't rated to get to 400C+ then don't moan.Anything above 250-280C is better than a conventional over will do.Highly recommend.

Thought this was a lovely idea for a birthday present....an hour it was on the barbecue and still in had not reached its cooking heat ...so we gave up ...and put the pizza in the oven

great fun to use, cooks your pizza in four minutes. Produces a perfectly crispy base. The bottom stone is a little difficult to clean if any of the topping drops onto it
