Excellent Gardening Chair
Absolutely brilliant chair - really comfortable and strong. The added bonus of the back support is a life saver!! I use this chair whilst gardening so being lightweight means it gets carted all over the place!! Would definitely recommend.

Found the right one at last
I'm an octogenarian, 5ft 8ins, 11st. 3lb., with a dodgy knee. It took me a while to find a stool of the right height, stability and carrying weight to use for en plein air painting. This stool fits the bill extremely well. The back rest is excellent; it's a comfortable sit at a nice height where I can (a) reach things beside me on the ground and (b) still manage to stand up without too much difficulty.

Good quality stool :-)
I agree with a 'J' who wrote the first review here, that stool is 'very light weight, compact, stable, comfortable and the back rest is very comfortable'. Personally, I would like to add to this comment that I wouldn't mind stool to be 4-5 inches higher, as I am 186cm and those few inches would made HUGE difference to me ;-) ... otherwise, very good stool.

Great it does what it says on the tin
It is very light weight, compact, stable, comfortable and the back rest is very comfortable so if in doubt buy it

A little honey of a chair
I am so impressed with this little chair. I bought it to go sketching out of doors and support my back. I now use it in my studio at a bench and at my easel. The back support works so well, I can sit for ages at my task. (It can tip over backwards if lean too far back but once realised, I have no problem with that.) The cup holder is perfect to slide a slimline flask of tea, etc. into. And the whole seat very conveniently folds as I lift the strap to sling over one shoulder. The three feet have stablizers so it stands in a corner when not in use. For me, an excellent buy.

Excellent stool with real back support
Excellent stool with real back support. You just lift it by shoulder strap and it folds and you carry it with strap over shoulder. Strongly made. Not light weight but fine if not walking miles. Good feet so it doesn't sink into ground.
