If you choose any Sunnyvale/Everfresh sprouted type bread with raisins/dates/dried fruit/stem ginger, you will have a naturally sweet bread which is as good as cake. But this is super healthy cake, made from 2 or 3 organic ingredients, and the carrot and raisin sprouted wheat bread is wonderful. So that's how I eat it, sliced thickly, maybe toasted for a while then buttered, in place of not-so-healthy cake, which usually contains a lot of sugar. It is always beautiful and fresh due to the way they package it, and yet has several months of storage life, until you open it.
