Review: Good for the Money - Pan tilt works straight out the box can be used with the app on phone or tablet able to look all round the premises even from abroad Doesn’t have a zoom feature but for the price it’s ok the app lets you zoom in Also works on my laptop with the 4 arrow keys a little slow to react but works Video quality is better than camera it replaced If using indoors like I do the Night IR leds need a bit of black tape over them or you get reflected light back at night Even with out the LED the night vision is good enough with just the outside light or street lights Fitting it out side would be even better but it needs a large hole the the wall for the cable hence my indoor fitment I use Annke cctv recorder 8 channels

**Q: What phone app do you need to work this camera?**
A: This PT camera cannot be used alone, it needs to be used with a DVR. The app used depends on the DVR.
The compatible DVR needs to support the coaxial protocol, and the compatible DVR type is AHD 1080P or higher than this resolution.
Annke's DVR app is Annke Vision.

**Q: Interest to know if this would work with my dvr ds-7208-sh pan tilt would be useful**
A: If your DVR model is Hikvision: DS-7208HGHI-SH, it is not compatible with this camera.

**Q: Will this work with zmodo dvr or an analog dvr ptz system with coaxial bnc connecters?**
A: Should do

**Q: Will this new cam just plug into 1 ethernet cable or it needs its own power source too?**
A: This camera does not work with an Ethernet cable. You need a POE camera for that. This camera uses Coax cable and a separate power supply.

Pan and tilt wouldn't work on my old Annke set up. Luckily for me I was upgrading, works great on my new set up.

### ⭐ After 6 Month's It's Dead

It's been pretty flakey over the past 6 months, often resetting it's position 4 to 5 times a day, then it would be fine for a few weeks. Picture quality is okay, nothing special, but it stopped producing an image earlier this week. I've replaced the power supply and the cable. I've even taken it down and plugged it straight in to the DVR, but there's no response whatsoever. Overall, I would not recommend this camera.
