A: Hi there, no it doesn't meow just a good old fashioned cuddly toy and incredibly adorable!!

**Q: is it strong**
A: Its reasonably well made for a child but not for a pet

**Q: is it soft**
A: Yes, it is very soft fur

**Q: Would this fit a real kitten collar on?**
A: I gave this as a present ... I remember it being relatively small. I guess if the collar was trimmed in length and not a buckle/hole type one it could work. Hope this helps a bit :)
