It really helps relieve back and neck discomfort, and I especially like the heat function. I’m 5’2”, and I feel like the massager might fit someone with a broader or larger back a little better. On me, the massage points don’t always line up exactly with the areas of my neck and back where I need them most. I also wish it had one more intensity level. Sometimes the massage feels a little too gentle for me, especially when I want a deeper massage. My other suggestion would be to make it longer so it covers more of the back. The heat feels very nice, but because of the size, it doesn’t reach as much of my back as I would like. Even with those small drawbacks, it is a very good massager and it has definitely helped me with back discomfort.
