Review: Good grab and go point and click camera - Great budget camera. This thing isn't anything a photographer would phone home about, but for a point and click grab and go camera you can throw in your pocket, this thing is just what you need. Solid build and easy to use. Has a nice balance between the simple and the complex. Not a huge iso range, no crazy sensors, or f stop, but it gets the job done well in most situations if all you're looking for is something easy to use. Should note that it runs on regular ol batteries which aren't cheap these days. Bonus is, batteries are just about everywhere when you need them. All in all, this is a good camera for what it is meant to be, a middle of the road, grab and go, point and click camera with easy functionality and a few of the photographers manual bells and whistles.
Review: Works great with a learning curve. - The camera takes good pictures. We bought it for our recent trip to Yellowstone and are overall pleased with the pictures. Take time BEFORE your intended use to learn the camera (our biggest mistake). It shoots great video and pictures, but you need to make sure the settings are correct before you start shooting. I love the multi shot setting and the moving object auto-focus for nature shots, but having to redo the settings every time you turn the camera on is very annoying, and caused us to miss several opportunities for great pictures. A save settings function would be fabulous. The panorama and landscape settings also gave us some amazing pictures (I’m sure that had nothing to do with Yellowstone). I love the zoom with image stabilization. A couple of the attached pictures are handheld at 42 power zoom. The zoom works fast in picture mode and slow in video mode. Perfect for normal use. No complaints about image stabilization in either photo or video mode. I love the 1 button video. Great for shooting something before it gets away. Buy the largest SD card you can afford and you won’t regret it. I bought extra batteries after we got back from our trip, and wish I had done it before. The things I would change about the camera are; add manual focus (sometimes it just wouldn’t focus on our subject, especially when zoomed to the max), allow me to save settings for the next time I turn on the camera, and a Bluetooth remote shutter release would be fantastic. With all that said, I realize that this is not a pro model camera, and once you get past the relatively short learning curve, it is an excellent value. If you are looking for an affordable, easy to use camera, and understand the shortcomings, this could be the camera for you.

## Features

- Forty-Two Times Optical Zoom to Capture Subjects From Any Distance: Reach subjects most cameras simply cannot with forty two times optical zoom and a twenty four mm wide angle lens that covers everything from intimate wide-angle group shots to tight close-ups of birds in flight, athletes across a stadium, and performers on stage—with genuine optical sharpness that no smartphone digital zoom can replicate
- Twenty Megapixel BSI CMOS Sensor for Richer Colors and Better Low-Light Performance: Backside-illuminated sensor technology improves light-gathering efficiency for more vibrant colors, finer detail, and sharper results in challenging lighting conditions—from golden-hour landscapes to indoor family gatherings to overcast outdoor adventures—producing photos ready to print, frame, and share with confidence
- Optical Image Stabilization Eliminates Blur at Maximum Zoom Reach: Even at forty two times reach, built-in OIS automatically compensates for natural hand movement, delivering sharp, crisp results handheld without requiring a tripod; this is the difference between a usable keeper and a blurry disappointment when photographing wildlife, birds, or sports from distances where physical proximity is impossible
- Full HD Video and Simple Controls for the Complete Photography Experience: Records smooth one thousand eighty p Full HD video for travel adventures, school events, and family memories with clear, broadcast-quality detail; intuitive controls and multiple scene modes make shooting straightforward for beginners, while panorama and custom shooting modes give enthusiasts creative flexibility to grow into
- Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery with All-Day Run Time and Wide Memory Support: The included rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers approximately two hundred forty shots per charge for confident full-day shooting; works with Class ten SD, SDHC, or SDXC memory cards up to five hundred twelve GB for thousands of high-resolution photos, and transfers easily to your computer via USB for sharing and archiving

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Camera but not for me, personally.
*by A***Y on May 20, 2025*

I liked this camera a lot, but ultimately ended up returning it. The zoom capability and picture quality are great. However, I didn't like the point and shoot feature as much as I thought I would. I definitely prefer looking through a view finder, and it's easier to see what your looking at--I found that in sunny weather it was hard to see the screen so the point and shoot ease was rendered obsolete.
