I love avocado or EVO to use then put 1 tablespoon unsalted butter on top of container n it will melt. **Q: I can't get the stir bar back on after i cleaned it. the knob won't come off. what am i doing wrong?** A: I had to unscrew the knob and then clean it. Then I replaced the stir rod under the knob and screw it on.
