## Overview

Squat Hero is a pair of high-density cork squat wedges designed with a patent-pending non-slip slant board that elevates the heel at the perfect angle to improve squat form, protect knees, hips, and lower back, and enhance balance. Ideal for knees over toes and ATG training, these lightweight, durable blocks reduce injury risk and muscle strain while supporting advanced fitness routines.

## Description

Squat Hero is a superior elevated squatting ramp because it is made of dense cork, has a non-slip texture, is light weight, and most importantly is designed at the perfect incline angle to lift and protect the ankle, knee, hip, and back while doing squats. Squat Hero is particularly useful when training knees over toes and the ATG program.

## Features

- Why should you use a squat board By elevating your heel, Squat Hero helps you maintain proper posture and releases pressure on your lower back, knees and hips.
- Squat Hero can help to improve your balance, coordination, and squat form while reducing your risk of injury and avoiding muscle strain.
- While many squat platform blocks are made of yoga block foam or soft rubber, the Squat Hero slantboard was designed with high density cork so your foot won't sink into the material and cause you to become off balance.
- International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labeling or instructions.
