By using the Zwolf mounting bracket I saved about $100 I would have otherwise had to pay a handyman to install the hub for me. I still had to get on a ladder, but only to plug the hub's A/C adapter into the ceiling outlet and attach the mounting bracket and hub to the garage door opener bracket. It was really very easy. Just be sure to attach the hub before you attach the mounting bracket to the garage opener bracket. In other words, make sure you put the whole thing together first. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 for sturdiness because the whole thing is plastic, but it seems solid enough, and the hub itself is not heavy so it doesn't need to support much weight. The mounting bracket also comes with a piece of velcro that can be used to attach the hub's companion sensor to the garage door. I used it instead of the 2 sticky strips that came with the hub because I believe it is more secure and makes it easier to detach and reattach the sensor when it's battery needs to be replaced.
