This box is perfect for a long trip. It has enough compartments (which can change into a very large compartment with small boxes) that most of your needs can be satisfied. I did double up on some of my smaller supplements that are different color so I didn't mix them up. I love the seal on the box, and the clasp is fine, but for putting in my suitcase I still put a rubber band around it, can't be too careful with the airport handlers. I will use this now to fill my weekly/daily box while I'm on the go. It also came with labels BUT, once they are stuck, they don't want to move so no tearing off to rearrange or replace them! It doesn't take up any more space than your liquid allowance, and if you use it daily it looks nice on your counter also.
