I'd like to be able to use it in a microwave...** A: 19cm tall. Doesn't fit in mine **Q: How long does the drink stay hot. Please.** A: It can last me about 40-45 mins though at about 30 mins it is medium hot. **Q: Is the lid leak proof/good tight fit when slider is closed?** A: The lid is leak proof/good tight fit when slider is closed. Although it is quite a tall narrow mug and quite difficult to clean. **Q: the seal does not seem to stick, is there a way to make it stick .** A: Hi, Am I correct in thinking that you are referring to the soft circular seal in the lid ? If so, all you need to do is press the lid down until it won't go any further. The soft silicon seal will then be pressed flush against the inside wall of the mug and the lid will not come off during normal drinking from the mug. To get the lid off once it has been pressed down, you will need to lift it using the hard plastic bit which hangs over the top of the mug. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ello Ogden 16oz Ceramic Travel Mug with Splash-Resistant Slider Lid and Protective Silicone Sleeve, Perfect for Coffee or Tea, BPA-Free, Gift for Holiday Him Her Mother's Day, Dishwasher Safe - Ello Jane 18oz Ceramic Travel Mug with Handle, Splash-Resistant Slider Lid and Built-in Coaster, Perfect for Coffee and Tea, BPA Free, Dishwasher Safe, Gift for Holiday Him Her Mother's Day --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/51277147-ello-ogden-ceramic-travel-mug-with-friction-fit-lid](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/51277147-ello-ogden-ceramic-travel-mug-with-friction-fit-lid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
