They said it was great except the lift is very very stiff at going up and down. I thought maybe it was a one off so bought it for my 4 year olds birthday. The item took a while to put together but all well described in the instructions. A very robust item which my 18 month plays with too and stands up against. It’s a very large item too! Only complaint is that the loft on this one too does not freely go up and down. We put a bit of oil on it and this helped slightly but basically plastic runners for the lift are not correct for a wooden runner lift and design needs to be changed really. With two hands and a reasonable amount of force the lift does go up and down but only if you get the angle spot on.
