Its patented extended front leading edge reduces shanks, while the shorter iron-length shaft offers superior control, making it ideal for mid to high handicap golfers aiming to lower their scores. ## Description Silver IR Series 7 Iron Review: Good club that helps high handicap golfers - I bought this on a whim to try. I normally shoot around 90 on my local courses and have struggled as of late to hit my mid irons with any consistency. I took this 7 iron hybrid to the driving range to try and was amazed at how much easier to hit it was than my conventional 7 iron. I agree with other reviewers that it doesn't go quite as far as a conventional 7 iron but it is much more consistent. I was so impressed I have ordered the 5 iron Wedgewood to go with it. 5/18/22.....I tried the Wedgewood 12 degree driver and consistently hit it straighter and farther than my current Callaway Rogue driver. Review: Add is correct about the club - Good club very useful ## Features - Low and Deep Center of Gravity – Higher ball flight with extra spin - Wide Curved Sole – Superior results from sand and rough - Added Back Weighting – Extra power and stability at impact - Extended Front Leading Edge – Patented shank-proof design - Shorter “Iron Length” Shaft – More control and consistency ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0773RWCGV | | Best Sellers Rank | #198,287 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #41 in Single Golf Irons | | Brand Name | Wedgewood Golf | | Color | Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 95 Reviews | | Flex | Regular | | Golf Club Bounce Angle | 10 degrees | | Golf Club Flex | Regular | | Golf Club Loft | 34 degrees | | Golf Club Putter Lie Angle | 33 degrees | | Golf Club Type | Iron Golf Club | | Grip Material | Rubber | | Grip Size | standard | | Grip Type | Rubber - New Decade | | Hand Orientation | Right | | Head Type | stainless steel | | Loft | 34 degrees | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Series | Silver IR | | Number of Items | 1 | | Shaft Material | Graphite | | Size | 34 degrees | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Wedgewood Golf - **Color:** Silver - **Golf Club Flex:** Regular - **Golf Club Loft:** 34 degrees - **Golf Putter Lie Angle:** 33 degrees - **Grip Material:** Rubber - **Hand Orientation:** Right - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Shaft Material:** Graphite - **Size:** 34 degrees ## Images ![Wedgewood Silver IR Series 7 Iron Hybrid Golf Club (Regular) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/712z+J9wuqL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does Wedgewood have a silver ir series 6 iron hybrid?** A: Yes, they have the iron hybrids all the way from a lob wedge to a five iron. I use the 6, 7, and 8 irons and like them a lot. **Q: How can I purchase a 5 iron wedgewood silver IR** A: From the factory wedgewood **Q: Are these clubs heavy?** A: I do not find these clubs to be heavy at all. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good club that helps high handicap golfers *by C***2 on May 16, 2019* I bought this on a whim to try.
