These are very good value for money, especially as you can purchase more to reduce the cost. They come in flat pouches so when posted, they fit through letterbox. The package is discreet, which is also nice. I simply decant into a medicine bottle for easy use day to day. Having them available in 1g tablets means I’m not having to take many tablets in a day, just one in morning and one in the night. The ONLY thing I would change is the physical size of the tablet, it is very hard to swallow as it is so large. I assume mo make it smaller, the dose would also be less, so I think I will just have to put up with that.
