Right out of the box, it took quite a bit of work to break in. There was a rough piece of leather right inside the middle finger slot that kept rubbing constantly, so a bandaid was pretty much required for the first few hours of practice to avoid a blister. Once I finally got it softened up and worked through that rough spot, it turned out to be totally worth the effort. It holds up really well to the faster throws now. Coming from using a standard fielding glove, it's definitely a game-changer and hard to go back.
