Product Description Mepilex Border is and effective and reliable dressing for low to highly exuding wounds. With good fluid handling and retention, you won't have to worry about leakage or maceration. Featuring Safetac Technology, Mepilex Border is an all-in-one foam dressing that effectively absorbs and retains exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. The Safetac layer seals the wound edges, preventing the exudate to leak onto the surrounding skin, thus minimising the risk for maceration, whilst also ensuring that the dressing can be changed without damaging the wound or surrounding skin or exposing the patient to additional pain. Directions Apply dressing directly to the wound. Change dressing as needed.

**Q: Does anyone know if these plasters are sticky even across the foam strip that covers the wound?**
A: Yes they have the silicone over the bit that covers the wound, But it dosnt stick to it like a normal dressing. It doesn’t hurt or tear of anything when removing. I’ve one on as we speak and you don’t even realise it’s there but I get them through the NHS as normal plasters irritate my skin
