Its easily adjustable for any size torso. It has a pocket for anything really but i put snacks in it and nail cutters. Its easier to cut nails when they are distracted with the boob. I would say get a waterproof cover for it though for spit ups and such since its just foam and it'll soak up everything and its a bit hard to clean.
