I worked here for 20 years and I have to say that I was always a big believer in using the same quality cooking tools at home as we did in the hotel chain. It is a little bit pricier but it’s faster to use quicker to clean and safer because of the quality in craftsmanship. So yes it is a little pricier, but as the saying goes,You always get what you pay for and in this particular case it’s well worth the money. This pan completely blew me away I fully intend on buying the entire set and I am excited to check out some of their other products. I hope they have the ceramic knives that I have been looking for. I haven’t checked it out yet but if they do, those would be the items that I would purchase. So you’ll be happy to know that you can enjoy cooking again as well as cleaning your mess. This pan doesn’t leave a mess so happy cooking and cleaning.
