The company reached out to us and attempted to reset the system. When it did not work, they sent out a replacement unit without any issue and we have had zero issues, My husband LOVES the system and he loves showing it off to his jealous friends! Can't beat customer service also 5 stars. I bought this as a gift for my husband in Sept. It was a little difficult to understand the directions to set it up but once it was - my husband LOVED it. BUT here we are 5 months later and now it will not reconnect to our wifi no matter what we do. It would periodically drop the connection but it always reconnected (after some messing around with it) but this last time it did not. We have tried from a different device, we have removed it completely and started again to no avail. Of course it is past the time to send it back but (hopefully) thankfully I purchased the extended warranty with it. I have just submitted a claim - I hope it comes through. It is my first time ever having to file a claim so I am not sure what to expect here.
