I also found that if swilling my whole mouth, some if it hit into my throat and this burnt a bit after. Positives are that it does leave mouth feeling clean and once you start drilling and it waters down a bit , it is much easier to tolerate. Can only afford to do it 3 times a week as the bottle isn’t huge.
