Thank you** A: I don't believe so. It's made, it says, to be considerate to the environment and Monu is against animal testing. The exfoliant element is listed on the tube as Diatomatious Earth and I can't see anything that looks as if it might be a plastic. Paraben-free too. I've used it for ages and really like it.
