I have iPhone 12 Pro Max with Otterbox Symmetry case but also has Mobi phone holder at the bottom (which makes it thicker at the bottom end) and it fits great. But you don't have to use the upper holders (that folds out like in the picture) and there's a bottom part that holds a wider variety of side. It's pretty versatile. **Q: Can I use this with a pop socket on my phone?** A: The stand has a mostly solid back in the area where a pop socket would be, but it will work it just will change the angle of the phone slightly which can be adjusted with the stand. I keep my smart phone in a reasonably chunky wallet type case and the cradle on many phone holders is too narrow, not the case with this product, my phone easily and importantly securely sits on this holder. The holder is sturdy, reasonably priced,made of metal and seems to be of good quality with non slip pads on the base.
