To help both ends to easily slip Into place clean the surfaces and apply some hand soap or washing up liquid to the rubber parts and pipe / Pan etc. Then just push the larger female end of the Flexi Pan Connector over your ceramic pan outlet and push the other male end into your outgoing waste pipe connection.
