On the negative side, the delivery method is cumbersome. You're supposed to take 30 drops per day, and since there are no markings on the dropper, I have to put 30 drops on a spoon to be sure I am taking the correct amount. The second issue is that I have been taking the drops for 21 days now. Looking at the amount of liquid remaining in the bottle, I have, at most, 2 days of drops left, so although the bottle says there should be 30 servings/days of drops in the bottle, the bottle will have lasted only 22 or 23 days at 30 drops per day.
