Arrives in a nice package with clear instruction on how best to use the products. The brush is simple but does the job- clearly some quality in it. The shampoo doesn't smell like the over-perfumed chemical smelling shampoos I've become accustomed to which is a nice break- it does has a musty/'foresty' smell though so not completely odorless.
