I tuck one into the corner of my mouth when I turn the light out and leave it to dissolve slowly as I drop off to sleep I have another one ready to hand if I need it during the night. It’s the first time for ages I’ve woken in the morning with some moisture in my mouth. I have the old age thing where you just don’t make as much saliva as you used too which is annoying to say the least! During the day I find chewing gum is the best remedy and it’s cheap but have tried other remedies with some success. I’m not sure why people are moaning about the flavour of these pastilles, they have a mild citrusy flavour which is very inoffensive but certainly not bitter and sour as some people have said.
