A: It contains mineral oil. However, it isn't greasy and doesn't require rinsing after use, unlike other eye makeup removers. It feels as gentle as water. I have very sensitive eyes and use this.

**Q: Will this remove waterproof mascara**
A: I personally had a bad experience with this product, may have been a bad batch,I did not find that it removed water proof mascara well either

**Q: Does it have Proplyene Glycol?**
A: Hi there. There is no Proplyene Glycol but there is Butylene Glycol.

**Q: How does this rate on Yuka?**
A: It irritated my eyes and also my teenage daughters eyes. Burned and swollen. Bad experience here, I returned with no refund.
