But if you have the device to cut them then they wouldn't offer any resistance and would be easy to cut. Hope that answered your question clearly. **Q: Are these tablets usually double sealed?? Had just one seal on outside of bottle and none once lid was removed. Is this standard?** A: Good question and I just went to check on my new bottle. Because it has the sponge inside the top of bottle (despite mine not being in place which isn't a problem as I remove it anyway) and the plastic tamper proof plastic coating in place then this is sufficient to protect the tablets. The screw cap is air tight so as long as the outer plastic coating was intact then all is fine. It’s significant to protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Your body cannot produce Vitamin B6, so you must obtain it from foods or supplements. Most people get enough Vitamin B6 through their diet alone so don't benefit from supplements. In fact taking too much can damage your body causing Neuropathy (nerve damage, pain and numbness like permanent pins&needles in the hands and feet). So it's really important to limit your intake. This is why having 10mg tablets is so useful because you can control the amount you take in daily. Best results when taken with a glass of water in the Morning. Worth noting that the recommended daily amount (RDA) from food alone for a healthy person is less than 2mg and eating vitamin-B6-rich foods like turkey, chickpeas, tuna, salmon, potatoes and bananas will easily provide this amount.
