These are a direct replacement for the OEM visors. You will need to keep the original hardware (screws) for the install. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, total, to install both. I've had mine for a couple of years now, and they look great and work as the originals. **Q: I have the mounting screws. What I really need is the black plastic piece on the mounting bracket.
