Slightly on the softer side (firm enough), recommended for beginners. I happened to use a harder roller before. Maybe that's why I feel this one's a bit soft. Also, it's very light thus might deform if someone heavier(80kgs+) uses it. I'm around 70kgs and I mainly use it for my legs and it feels like it's gonna deform if I add a little more pressure than usual. All in all a satisfactory product. But could've been sold at a lesser price as it's definitely not worth 600.
