The bottle instructions tell you that you need to do about 200 miles before it starts cleaning the injectors. I noticed this, didnt feel like it did much at first but after several days of driving, I felt the injectors suddenly spring into life as when I put my foot down I could feel the difference. I bought two bottles and treated the second tank the same way. No doubt it will need doing again at some stage in the future but it cleared alot of the diagnostic codes I was getting regarding cylinder imbalances which was been caused by the clogged injectors. This was done about 6 weeks ago and so far no fault codes relating to this problem have come back. Def need to do it once in a while if you put the cheaper diesel in from the supermarket chain filling stations.. Highly recommended if you are having these problems, at least give it a try first way cheaper than replacing your injectors which can cost 100's. Symptompts indicated problem with injectors. Decided to try this before taking it to a garage. So far so good. Knocking is gone, engine runs quiter altogether and economy seems to have improved by 2-3 mpgs. Just bought a second bottle.
