The individual boxes are easy to remove and fill, so perfect for if I go out and only want to bring one days worth of meds. I have lots of large tablets/capsules in the individual doors, and they all fit in absolutely fine. The doors are strong and not going to snap off with use. They even have braille on for times of day! The pouch on the wallet flap fits sheets of spare meds, anything that’s thin. A tablet splitter doesn’t fit. The pouch holding the day boxes is durable and they are definitely not likely to fall out. Also it helps as I often forget whether I’ve taken my meds or not, so with this I’m not missing them anymore.The only tiny annoying thing is that because the doors have a little rim to open them with, this catches slightly when putting the boxes back in the pouch.
